Getting help from a person
You do not have to work around a problem on this site. If any page, form or document is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and we will give you the information or complete the task with you directly:
- Email: support@29kadvisers.com
- Phone: +91 90191 10110
We aim to respond within five working days. It helps if you tell us the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you use — but please do not wait to gather that if it is a barrier in itself.
Asking for information in another format
Any information on this site, and any document linked from it, can be provided in an alternative format on request — including large print, plain text, a tagged PDF, or read out to you over the phone. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Our downloadable documents, including the Investor Charter, have not all been checked for accessibility yet, so please do ask if one of them is not usable for you.
Using this site with a keyboard
Every control on this site can be reached and operated without a mouse. The parts that are not obvious:
- Press Tab as the first action on any page to reveal a "Skip to main content" link, which jumps past the header navigation.
- The menu button in the header opens the full-screen navigation. Press Escape, or activate the close button, to leave it. While it is open, the rest of the page is deliberately unreachable so you cannot get lost behind it.
- Expandable panels — the questions on the Services page, the sections on the home page, and the stages on the process trail — are buttons. Press Enter or Space to open and close them. Each one reports whether it is currently open.
- Where content is grouped into tabs, use Enter or Space on a tab to show its panel.
- Wide fee tables and the sideways-scrolling article strips are focusable regions: Tab to the region, then use the Left and Right arrow keys to scroll within it.
- Wherever something appears when a mouse hovers over it, the same thing appears when you move keyboard focus there.
Whatever has keyboard focus is outlined in blue. If you ever cannot tell where you are on the page, that is a fault on our side — please report it.
Stopping animation
Two parts of this site move on their own: the scrolling line of credentials, and the timeline on the home page. A "Pause animations" button sits at the foot of every page and stops both. Your choice is remembered as you move between pages.
If your device is already set to reduce motion, we respect that and nothing moves until you ask it to. On Windows this is Settings, Accessibility, Visual effects, Animation effects; on macOS it is System Settings, Accessibility, Display, Reduce motion.
Making text larger
This site is built to work when text is enlarged, and it reflows into a single column rather than forcing you to scroll sideways.
- Zoom the whole page: hold Ctrl and press + or - (on a Mac, Command and + or -). Ctrl and 0 returns to normal.
- Enlarge only the text, leaving images alone, from your browser settings — in Chrome and Edge this is Appearance, Font size; in Firefox it is Fonts, Advanced.
- If you override our spacing between lines, words or letters, no text should become cut off or overlap. Tell us if it does.
Using a screen reader
Each page has one main heading followed by section headings you can jump between, and the header, main content and footer are marked as landmarks. Images that carry meaning are described; images that are purely decorative are hidden so they do not interrupt you.
When you filter the articles on the Insights page, the number of results is announced without moving your position. Form errors are announced, are described in words rather than by colour alone, and say what to correct.
If navigating by landmarks or headings is not working for you, the sitemap lists every page on one screen.
If you are not satisfied
Our Accessibility Statement sets out the standards we are working to and where we currently fall short. If we do not resolve your problem, you can escalate through the grievance routes on our Disclosure page, including SEBI SCORES and the ODR portal.
